It is hereby agreed that Guest shall rent on a short-term basis from the Owners, the property known as Harbor Point Cottage, located at 2507 Shore Street, Celina, OH 45822.
1. Deposit due 7 days after conformation on phone or e-mail with signed conyract.
2. Rent due 30 days before arrival date.

CANCELLATION: Renter may cancel reservations up to 30 days prior to your arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date, renter will not receive a refund of their deposit.
LIABILITY: Owner shall not be liable to Renter for any damages to him, his family or his property resulting from any condition while staying at the property. All claims for any damages or injury being hereby expressly waived.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Renter shall pay for any damage to property acurd by them or their guest.
