As owners, we expect the renter to treat the property as they
would their own. It is a SMOKE FREE cottage and NO LARGE PETS allowed. To receive the keys, or if you have any
questions regarding other items that may come up while you
are at the cottage, call Brent Clay at 1-419-236-5152 if no
answer call Lucille Zizelman at 1-419-363-2651 or 1-419-305-2619. Please put trash in tied plastic bags, at the curbside on Sunday night for trash pickup. The garage is not included in the rental agreement, but the bar-b-que will be available upon
request at time of check-in.
